Returns & Exchange Policy
We’re sorry to hear that you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your happiness, we offer some options. Due to our made-to-order model, which helps reduce waste and aligns with our slow fashion approach, we do not keep ready stock and do not offer returns. However, we are happy to provide exchanges for products with manufacturing defects.
If you encounter an issue with your order, please request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery for domestic orders and within 72 hours for international orders.
All items for exchange must be in their original packaging, unworn, and with tags attached. To initiate the process, please email us at aeteedesigns@gmail.com with your order number and photos and videos of the issue. Note that the cost of shipping the item back to us (including original packaging) will be your responsibility, while we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
Exchanges for manufacturing defects must be reported within the above mentioned time of delivery. For these exchanges, We recommend using a secure and trackable courier service (such as Bluedart, FedEx, DHL, or UPS) as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us. Additionally, please be aware that any customs or duties paid initially will not be refunded.
