How do I clean & store my jewellery?
We suggest you store your jewellery in dry cloth bags and cases. We want to ensure that you are able to take care of your jewellery with utmost care and ease. To help you in this we have anelaborate jewellery care guide on our website. Head to the following link: Click Here
Where are your pieces made?
All our pieces are handcrafted with love, at our atelier in India.
What material is Aetee’s jewellery made from ?
The base metal used is brass which is handcrafted with a beautiful 22k gold finish in different platings - gold, rose gold, white rhodium and black/ hematite . Aetee products are made with high quality raw materials such as Swarovski crystals, semi precious stones, exquisite pearls, glass beads, etc.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do. If we can get there by post or carrier pigeon, we’re there.
Can I have my order sent as a gift?
Of course. All orders go out in our keepsake boxes, perfect for gifting (to others or to yourself). Simply fill out the notes section at the checkout page stating that you’d like the order to be a gift. You can even request a short note to go along with it. Pop in the receiver’s address and phone number and you’re good to go.
How long does delivery take?
We typically process and ship your order within 2-7 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes an additional 4-7 working days, depending on your location. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. If you need expedited delivery, please reach out to us at customercare@aeteedesigns.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. For international orders, please allow 12-28 days for processing, shipping, and delivery. Note that we process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
How much does domestic shipping cost?
Free delivery for all orders.
Do you cover for lost or stolen packages?
No we don’t bear any responsibility for any loss or damage caused by third party service providers.
How much does international shipping cost?
Incase of international deliveries, our standard delivery charges will be USD 36 or INR 3000/- . Incase of any query, our team will be happy to assist you.
Payment & Orders
Are the colours of the products shown on the website accurate?
We assure that the colours are as precise as possible. Slight variations may occur due to the effects of lighting during photography.
How do I choose the correct size?
Indeed an important criteria while selecting your jewellery, we'll be happy to assist you in the process.

How can I pay for my order?
You can use Credit or Debit – and pay through our payment gateway.
We also accept online transactions or third party payment applications like UPI, PayTm or Google Pay to name a few.
We accept both Indian and non-Indian cards. If, for some reason, your payment doesn't go through, please write to us and we'll help with alternative modes of payment.
The piece I want is sold out. What now?
Our pieces are made in limited quantities. We sell out fast, but aim to restock even faster. If the piece you want is sold out, sign up to hear when it’s restocked or write to us about your wish list.
Returns And Exchanges
Can I exchange or return my order ?
Since our orders are handcrafted just for you on request, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS are NOT POSSIBLE. However , if there are any manufacturing defects , Please inform us within 24 hours of the delivery. After proper evaluation and inspection we will ship out a new piece of the same style without any extra charges to you once the defective piece has been shipped out from your end.
Can I cancel or return an order ?
We do not offer refunds on purchases made on www.aeteedesigns.com or with any of our stockists. All Purchases Are FINAL, However, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not been processed we will issue a refund within 15 working days.
My jewellery was damaged in transit — can I get a replacement?
Our pieces are made to last so the chances of breakage while shipping are slim. However, we’d be as heartbroken as you if you received a damaged piece. Please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery so we can look into it and send you a replacement.
Incase you have received a a damaged piece, please send it back to us so we can fix it for you.

Can I return or exchange an international order?
We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
However , if there are any manufacturing defects , Please inform us within 24 hours of the delivery. After proper evaluation and inspection we will ship out a new piece of the same style without any extra charges to you but Only after the defective piece has been shipped out from your end.
